We value the commitment our participants make to our courses and understand that sometimes plans change. However, please be aware of the following cancellation policy: No refunds will be issued if a cancellation request is made after 24 hours from the time of purchase. Refunds will not be granted if the participant has already accessed the course materials. Please speak with the administrator for alternate solutions, if applicable, which will be at the administrator's discretion. No refunds will be provided if access to the course has been granted, certificates of completion have been generated, or CEUs have been earned.
