All Employer Career Network payments are final and nonrefundable once access to caregiver profiles or recruitment services has been provided. Payment does not guarantee candidate availability, interviews, acceptance, or successful hiring. Employers are responsible for contacting candidates and completing their own interviews, background checks, credential verification, and hiring process.
